Peter Felch

Peter holds a degree in sociology. He has participated as a long-term and short-term observer in a number of election observation missions to Nigeria, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kosovo and FYROM.

 

Annabelle Gambe
Annabelle has a degree in political science and has participated in election observation missions in Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Nigeria and Ukraine.



Agnes Doka

Agnes is a freelance Public Relations consultant and trainer. She has participated in EU election observation missions to Liberia, the West Bank and Gaza, Uganda, Zambia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Kenya and Pakistan.

Ramon Mezquita
Ramon is a lawyer. Since 1997 he has been working in election observation missions with the OSCE and the EU in Mexico, Albania, Armenia and Kazakhstan. He also participated in the electoral exploratory mission in Venezuela in 2006.





Hanna Wolasiewicz

Hanna is a judge, seconded to the Ministry of Justice. She has participated in several EU election observation missions to Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, the West Bank and Gaza, Yemen, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Kenya.


Juan Ribo Chalmeta

Juan is a political scientist with a master’s degree in cultural management. He has experience as an election observer for the OSCE, the EU and the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Nicaragua, Mozambique, Malawi, Mauritania and Nepal.





David Dahmen

David has a degree in mass media issues and international relations. As well as reporting on development issues for the last 25 years, he has been engaged in election observation on a number of missions (as long and short-term observer and as a member of the Core Team).


Christine MacCallum

Christine has a background in the social sciences and international development. She has been a long-term observer on several missions, including Armenia, Macedonia, Tanzania and Indonesia.





Iordanis Charanas
Io rdanis has a degree in history and archaeology, with a former career in the military. He has participated in OSCE missions in the Balkans and in EU election observation missions to Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Pakistan.   


Kristin Jaeger
Kristin spent one year in Cambodia with the UNTAC between 1992 and 1993. She has a background in anthropology and South-East Asian studies. She has been an elections observer in South Africa and Hungary.





Caroline Bosco

Caroline holds a degree in law. She has participated in election observation missions to Mexico, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Togo and Serbia.


Stefan Martin Scheer

Stefan has a law and political science background. He has participated in a number of election observation missions in Eastern Europe and the Central Asian Republics.





Valerie Abrecht

Valerie has a degree in law, human rights and democratisation. She has worked for a Belgian non-government organisation in Kosovo, the Belgian Parliament and lately as a juridical consultant on social elections in Belgium. She has participated in several election observation missions in Africa, Asia and Latin America.


Miroslav Nozina

Miroslav is a research fellow of the Institute of International Relations in Prague, specialising in South-East Asian affairs and political anthropology. He has participated in election observation missions to Ethiopia and Haiti.






Robert Bystricky

Robert has a degree in physics. He has worked as a researcher and teacher of mathematics and statistics. He has been involved in 11 election observation missions including Kosovo, Georgia, Afghanistan, the West Bank and Gaza, Pakistan, Ukraine, Uganda and Zambia.


Jorma Esko Virtanen

Jorma has a career in municipal management. He has participated in 15 election observation missions as short and long-term observer in the Balkans, Georgia, the West Bank and Gaza, Cambodia, Zambia, Sierra Leone.





Ruth Meyer

Ruth was an electoral trainer with UNTAC in Cambodia in 1993. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in electoral assistance as an elections administrator, technical adviser and analyst in a wide range of countries, and has participated in several election observation missions.


Wlodzimierz Piesiewicz
Wlodzimierz first worked in Cambodia from 1992 to 1993 as a UN military observer with UNTAC. He was an election observer with the OSCE in Bosnia and with the EU in Yemen, Nigeria, Timor Leste, and Pakistan.






Oliver Green

Oliver has been working on elections since 1999 mainly with the UN and the EU. This is his fifth time as a long-term observer with the EU. From 1998 to 99 Oliver worked in Phnom Penh.


Bernadett Macskasy

Bernadett has participated in 10 EU election observation missions on three continents. More recently, she was Deputy Observer Coordinator in Pakistan.





Bruno L’Hoste
Bruno has extensive experience in election observation. He has participated in election observation missions to Cambodia, East Timor, Ivory Cost, Indonesia, DR Congo, Togo, among others.

 


Georgi Milkov Dimitrov
Georgi holds a master degree in philology and humanistic studies. He is chairman of a Bulgarian centre for non-governmental organisations. Since 1994, he has participated in several OSCE election observation missions in Eastern Europe. Most recently, he was a long-term observer for the EU EOM to Pakistan and Nepal.





Annalisa Milani
Annalisa holds a PhD in human rights and international law. She has participated in a number of election observation missions with the OSCE and EU in Eastern Europe and Africa.


Preben Thue Rasmussen
Preben has worked for many years in the field of housing reconstruction and rehabilitation of refugee centres in the Balkans, Asia and Africa. He has participated in several election observation missions with the OSCE.




Luis Barros
Luis holds a degree in European and international studies. He has participated in a number of EU EOMs to Ethiopia, the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Zambia and Guatemala.


Renata Ehrmann
Renata works at the Central Medical Hospital in Warsaw. She has participated in several election observation missions, most recently in Sierra Leone and Pakistan.






Mafalda Cruz Gomes
Mafalda has extensive experience in the field of electoral observation, having participated in over 20 election observation missions in Eastern Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America.


Evarts Anosovs
Evarts holds a degree in the social sciences. He has participated in two election observation missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sierra Leone.






Roman Babjak
Roman holds a master degree in economics. He has participated in several EU EOMs in Ethiopia, Albania, Liberia, the West Bank and Gaza, Ukraine, Yemen, Aceh, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Bhutan.


Aldara Collet Rodrigez-Vines
Aldara Collet has majored in political science and has a master’s degree in post-conflict resolution. She has participated in several election observation missions in Ethiopia and Venezuela.






Robert Werner
Robert has a military background and has participated in several election observation missions with the EU and OSCE in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Africa.


Grete Skou
Grete holds a master degree in African studies. She has participated in three EU EOMS to Zambia, Mozambique and Malawi.






Mike Atterby
Mike has extensive experience in the field of electoral assistance and observation. He has participated in several election observation missions to Nigeria, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Kenya, Russia and Serbia.


Lina Mogenyte
Lina holds a degree in political science. She has participated in two EU EOMs to Yemen and Pakistan.






Mindaugas Mecius
Mindaugas holds a degree in political science and international relations. He participated in election observation missions to Ethiopia, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Aceh, Yemen and recently Pakistan.


Maud Agneta Johansson
Maud has worked for development NGOs for many years. She participated in several election observation missions to Aceh ( Indonesia), Ukraine, Ethiopia, Albania and Georgia.






Enrico Pier Patrizio Forno
Enrico holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish. He has participated in several election observation missions with the OSCE and EU in the Balkans, Asia, Africa and Latin America.


Fernanda Damaso
Fernanda holds a master degree in African Studies. Since 1999, she has participated in several election observation missions in Africa, Latin America and Asia.





Raimund Weiss
Raimund is political scientist. He has participated in several election observation missions to Nigeria, Aceh, Zambia, Haiti, Malawi, Kenya and Nepal.


Ellen Samuelsen
Ellen works as a Municipal Executive for Cultural Affairs in Norway. She has participated in several election observation missions in the Balkans, Asia and Africa.





Benoit Bouyssou
Benoit has been working with NGOs and on election observation missions for the past 10 years. He has been part of 12 election observation missions , mainly in Africa and Latin America. His latest assignment was providing logistical support to the EU EOM to Nepal 2008.


Ehtel Halliste
Ehtel has over 15 years of experience in international affairs and foreign policy, as well as government communications. She was Press Officer with the EU EOM to Pakistan and has been a short-term observer in Nepal and Kosovo.




Taina Dahlgren
Taina is a lecturer and researcher in South-East Asian history and politics. She has participated in several election observation missions since 1992, including elections in Cambodia in 1998, 2002 and 2003. She served as an adviser to the Independent Electoral Commission of Iraq in 2005.


Donal Philip Blake
Donal is retired from the military. He holds a BSc diploma and has participated in a number of election observation missions with both the EU and the OSCE. These include missions to Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Venezuela, Guatemala and Mexico.
